Dennis has been residing in Flagler County since 2008, currently living in Palm Coast, but moved from a small farm in Bunnell, FL. Prior to moving to Florida, he lived in Denver Colorado for many years and grew up in San Diego, CA.
He joined the Navy when he was 19 years old and worked in the field of aviation and electronics. That propelled him into an career as a field service engineer, in the radiation oncology field. He worked on cancer treatment systems and high powered x-ray systems, allowing him to travel all over the country and over many parts of the world, experiencing many different cultures.
He has an 11 year old daughter. She is a student at Imagine School at Town Center, a Palm Coast Charter School. Together they attend and serve at Lifecoast Church in Palm Coast.
Buyer Specialist
April Hendrix started her real estate career in North Carolina, also as a Buyer Specialist, focusing on military families and first-time home buyers. Her passion is finding the perfect home for her customers, while getting them the best deal possible.
April moved back to Palm Coast in 2015 to be close to her family, as well as closer to the beach. She is a devoted mother to her four children, Jeremy, Daniel, Madelyn, and Wyatt. You will often find her either at the little league fields cheering on Jeremy and Daniel, or on the soccer fields cheering on Madelyn.
April knows what it is to have a busy life, so she will make the most of your valuable time while helping you find your ideal home!
